Sean Domer lied to me about a retainer fee and what that was applicable toward, explicitly stated multiple times (on more than one occasion) that it would be itemized and billable. Explained throughly, so that I understood that should the case be contentious and drawn out the cost would reflect tha...t. My choices in this litigation matter reflected that. After the matter was resolved, he informed me that the money I trusted him with was not actually a retainer fee, but a flat fee and he would be entitled to all of it. As a domestic violence victim, he repeatedly advised me not to fight for custody, spousal support, child support, or to extend my protective order. Any attempts to contact him regarding issues in my case went unanswered until multiple attempts at contact were made. He was disinterested in my best interests and blatantly dishonest about billing. I strongly warn other vulnerable women against trusting this man with their legal concerns and their money.
