Waste of money and time

He would ignore my phone calls for up to 3 weeks on MULTIPLE occasions. He is on TikTok and he would ignore me but continuously be uploading ridiculous TikToks. All he wanted to do when we got to mediation was settle for anything the other lawyer offered, he did not care for my children and what was ...best for them. I got charged for a subpoena of bank accounts and they actually LOST the information to view the bank account statements. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. I wasted so much time and over a year. I probably could've been divorced a lot faster with less expense. Going through a divorce as a single mom is one thing, but to also end up wasting money and a year of time made everything extremely tough. Do not waste your time.

A jumbled mess

He was awful and completely show his @$$ in court. I will spare the details, other than what I think was the funniest aspect of his train wreck of a presentation: During his cross-examination, it was revealed that this guy FORGOT HIS NOTEBOOK!!!! He had no notes and had no idea of the line of questi...oning that he had prepared (not that his notebook likely contained any profound material). He proceeded to attempt to enlist my help while I was on the stand as he fumbled through what little he was able to recall….all this, while I was on the stand, patiently waiting. Needless to say… if this man is representing you… run. He was a jumbled mess, with an ill-fitting suit… his garbled presentation was an embarrassment to him and his firm.

Can’t ever get the job done

This attorney was my x husbands representation! He delayed the settlement repeatedly because of his personal life, causing years to go by and increase in attorneys fees for his negligence. Now over a month after finalizing through the courts, he can’t seem to get the financial part of the settlement... finalized. Nor does secretary return emails.

Horrific experience

I initially retained Brandon because he seemed to be personable and aggressive. After the initial consultation, I received two calls from him for the duration of a year and one from his paralegal. Ive tried to contact him through the office, personal cellphone, text, and email. After three months of ...trying to contact him, I decided to send a message through the website portal to which he emails me back. It seems like the lack of communication has to do with his current employment doing TikTok videos at his office. This attorney failed to notify me of a hearing that was served to his office. I received a call from his paralegal telling me I had to be at a hearing in 6 days and that there was a previous hearing months ago which he knew about. 2 days prior to the this hearing, I receive an email with a notice to withdraw as my attorney. If you want to spend thousands on an attorney who fails to communicate and do absolutely nothing for your case other than send emails to the other attorney, then this is your guy!

Waste of money

I received a speeding ticket in VA. A few days after I got home to DC, I was deluged with letters from lawyers offering their services to address the speeding ticket. Brandon was the lawyer I contacted and he had said that if I paid him $150, paid the court fees, and passed a defensive driving class ...the ticket would be dismissed. A few weeks later Brandon mailed me a one page letter saying that he had completed his work by representing me in court. I took a defensive driving class approved by my DMV (as per the court's instructions) and submitted the completion certificate to the court with the court fees. The judge's decision: GUILTY! Huh? I called Brandon and he said that it was probably because there was something wrong with the driving class I took. Brandon said he could appeal the judge's decision for $250. I asked if I appealed, could he ensure that I would take the right defensive driving class this time? He said yes. My question is, why didn't Brandon tell me what class to take in the first place? Could it be that he wanted more money for the appeal? I don't know, but I ended up paying the fine and wasting nearly $200 trying to avoid it.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with me and my firm's representation of you on your ticket. However, I am always very truthful and up front with my clients about what they need to do with their cases. This person had three months to do the proper driving course and pay the court costs in order to have his ticket dismissed. Unfortunately, once someone's case is decided, there is only so much that I can do with regards to my representation as their attorney. When this client's original case was decided in general district court, I mailed him a closing letter and a copy of the court's instructions for the driving school. Unfortunately, this person never contacted me about what driving course to take or if he had any questions about the specifics of the driving course. I would have been more than happy to talk with him about it but I was not given the opportunity to clear up any questions. When he called me, I did the only option that was left at the time and appealed his case since the general district court had already found him guilty. I spoke with this client numerous times to answer his questions and walk him through the process which I would have been happy to do following his original court date without any additional fee. With regards to his appeal, I spent three hours driving to and from court, two hours in court, and talked with this client numerous times to make sure that he would not have this ticket on his record. Ultimately, this person's ticket did get DISMISSED and I am very glad that it did. Despite this negative review, I would still help this person if they called me about any issues they had. I can assure people that if anything, I under quote my legal services because of how I understand the financial situations that people are going through in today's world. I do apologize for you having to spend more money because of the driving school situation. However, I am very happy that I was still able to have your ticket dismissed and your insurance will not be negatively impacted whatsoever.
