Biography
Hello! My name is Ashby Pope and I am a partner at the law firm of Riddick & Pope in Smithfield, Virginia. We also have an office in Portsmouth, Virginia to serve our clients on the Southside. I started my legal career in Portsmouth and I live in Isle of Wight County, so it is important to me to serve the clients I have from both areas.
My law partner, William ("Bill") H. Riddick, III and I have a combined practice experience of over 40 years. We started practicing together in January 2022 and our varied legal backgrounds allow us to give our clients the expertise their cases deserve in wide range of legal matters.
At our office, we strive to serve our clients to the best of our abilities and to provide them with good customer service and zealous legal representation. Currently, we practice in the following areas: Personal Injury, Real Estate transactions, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Traffic and DUI Law. We also handle other civil claims that you may have questions about.
