Prosecuting Attorney of my case
In July of 1978 I was tried and convicted of a crime I did not commit. I served 22 and a half years in prison for this crime. Incompetent!!
I am writing this on behalf of an inmate in the Chesapeake city jail. Mr. Kowalsky was next in line as a pro-bona lawyer. After 6months of incarceration, and several court appearances, this lawyer has done nothing to defend, assist, or even care about the rights of this inmate.
