Great attorney

I got a ticket for an illegal U-turn while traveling through VA. Despite having past infractions in VA, Doug was able to have my case dismissed in my absence. I highly recommend Doug.

Amazing Ally in a Crisis

I was involved in a severe car accident in VA and was issued a citation for an unsafe lane change. I was very shaken physically and emotionally and fearful of what the legal repercussions might be. I've had a clean driving record my whole adult life and live out of state and I was almost going to jus...t pay the citation but got the advice to look online for a local attorney to advise me. I was directed to Doug and from the start he was responsive, kind, compassionate, and informed. I retained him and followed all of his suggestions. He was very attuned to the dynamics of the local court and had a flexible strategy. I am so relieved that he successfully had the charge dismissed, thereby averting 4 demerit points, a moving violation, and a more vulnerable position should a civil case occur. I can't recommend him more highly.

Highly Recommend

Mr. McGee assisted me with a speeding ticket that had the potential to result in a high fine and many points. He recommended a series of steps to follow and documents to provide and was able to have the ticket dismissed. I appreciate his sound advice and calm demeanor.

Doug is truly a light worker. I hired him after receiving a reckless driving charge, driving 103 mph in a 70 mph speed limit. I had two other speeding tickets on my record within the last 4 years, both going 20 mph over the speed limit. Doug was very realistic yet kind during the whole process. He in...formed of the worst case scenario (jail time and having my license revoked) but was also positive and adamantly argued my case in court. The result was that I got my reckless driving charge reduced to an 89 mph in a 70 mph speeding ticket. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone going through anything similar and would gladly work with him in future again.

Great Attorney! Great results!

Mr. McGee was clear from the first moment we spoke, told me what I needed to do and what I was looking at worse case scenario. The results he got me were fantastic!
