Reckless Driving offense Reduced!!!

I was traveling to Virginia to visit a friend and was cited in Sussex County for Reckless driving (81/70). I was unaware of the state law and the significant consequences involved until literally the day before my hearing. I called Douglas McGee and he took my case with no hesitation. My initial hea...ring was continued until March 10th, 2020. At the final hearing, not only did I not have to appear Mr. McGee got my Reckless Driving charge reduced to a non driving offense which resulted in me having to pay a small fine considering what I could have paid. If you need legal representation you have to call Doug McGee. You wont be disappointed!

Out of State Reckless Driving Ticket (CDL)

I am from New York and being a new CDL driver I was hit with a radar @ 86MPH in a 70MPH speed zone on the interstate . Very concerned as how it would affect my future and career. I contacted Doug and he responded almost instantly with all of the correct answers to all my questions and concerns. Bein...g around the holidays and what not he was very responsible with his retainer fees . He works most days like the rest of us ! So if you have any problems or questions just shoot him a text he will reply promptly. He managed to save my career and CDL I can not thank him enough my ticket was reduced and now I have zero points with a fine ! Just remarkable , the outcome was more than adequate ! Felony Charge

This guy is expensive, but he is no joke. In the end, you have someone that you can specifically see where your money went. I had a misdemeanor AND a felony charge. Both charges were dropped at PRE trial!!!! Thats MAJOR!!!!! I actually feel I found a friend. Im a Black American and this guy, at no t...ime, made me second guess his loyalty to me as a person/customer. This guy should actually be a judge w his experience. Six Stars!!!!! Seriously.

Passing Stopped School Bus Ticket

Doug is a great lawyer! I was pulled over for passing a stopped school bus 6PM at night on Kempsville road. I never saw a school bus and was frazzled. I immediately looked into the ticket and found that it was one of the most serious traffic offenses in Virginia. I was stressing out and had great anx...iety over the situation. Doug was able to cooberate with the police officer and help reduce my ticket to a non serious offense, to where I was given a $50 fee as opposed to a $2500 fee. I would recommend Doug to any person in need of a lawyer.

Went Above And Beyond

I was pulled over doing 89 in a 65 which in Virginia, is a couple-hundred dollar fee, 6 points, and a misdemeanor. When I consulted with Doug, I was scared and unsure of how this case would turn out. He explained everything in a logical and reassuring way that made me comfortable and confident with h...iring him to go to my court case. He told me the different outcomes that I could expect to happen and he accomplished the best possible outcome. He got my charge reduced all the way down to a defective equipment (no brake light) charge which holds no points and was only about $250. He was very easy to contact, by phone or email, throughout the time leading up to this case and was always able to answer all my questions. I would absolutely recommend Doug for any traffic related case and if I ever need a lawyer again, he will be the first person I call.
