An Absolute Hero: Reckless Reduced to Non-Moving Infraction

Great Lawyer!

I was pulled over in southern Virginia on my way to my travel job for speeding which resulted in a reckless driving ticket. I contacted Mr McGee and explained what had occurred and if he could provide legal assistance. After speaking with him I quickly understood the implications that this speeding t...icket could have on my life. I retained Mr McGee to represent me. He explained what steps I should take to help in my case which included online driver training, community service, speedometer calibration, driving records and personal references. I completed the recommendations that Mr McGee suggested and provided him with all the documentation to support my case. Mr McGee represented me on my court date and I did not have to make the long trip to Smyth County for the court appearance. The outcome of my case turned out to be very good. The reckless driving charge was dropped and I was charged with speeding 9 mph over the posted limit resulting in a small fine and court costs. I cannot thank Mr McGee enough! He did an outstanding job with my case keeping me well informed during the entire process. I highly recommend Mr McGee and would not hesitate to retain him again if the need arises.

Best Lawyer in VA! 20+ over DISMISSED

Let me start off by saying what I said throughout the phone call I received from Doug post court, WOW. I cannot thank Doug enough from start to finish with my case. With several recent traffic violations and a few accidents on my record, Doug warned me of all the possible outcomes my 20+ over cha...rge, coupled with a defective brake light charge could have on my life. He provided me a list of recommended procedures from driving school, to volunteer service, and to letters of recommendations to have done on my behalf in the hopes of helping my case. His list of procedures seemed daunting at first glance, but really weren’t bad-he asked for less than a page in writing for all documents and the minimum amount of volunteer hours. I completed almost all of his procedures in the hopes that it would help him plead my case. The phone call I received post-court was filled with laughter, relief, and amazement—I couldn’t believe it: Doug McGee was able to get all charges DISMISSED! I only had to pay the $76 court fee! I was beyond thrilled and amazed with his skill. Throughout our communication, his instantly likable personality, overall communication, and seriousness with my case made our dealings seem like conversations with a good and trusted friend. Despite the seriousness of my case, every phone call was filled with laughter all the while being extremely informative. Doug was such a pleasure to work with, and I cannot thank him enough for his thoroughness and care in and for my case, as well as his concern for me as a person (how a negative outcome would have affected my life). Reckless Driving in Shenandoah VA

I hired Mr. McGee for a 100+MPH Reckless Driving charge from Shenandoah VA. From our first discussion, Mr. McGee was helpful and thorough for explaining the possible outcomes of the charge. Once I hired Mr. McGee, he sent me a list of recommendations to complete which helped me reach a more favorable... result. On my courtdate, Mr. McGee called me and kept me posted on the agreement he was able to work out with the prosecutor. As an attorney, he is respected by the judge, prosecutor and officers. Doug was able to take my recommendations into account when obtaining a plea agreement that was favorable for all involved. He also gave me alternative options to consider in the event I did not like the agreement that was reached at the time. While charges like these are very stressful for both yourself and your family, Mr. McGee is the right guy to have on your side while going through it.
