He saved my life

I was charged with marijuana possession and got an speeding ticket. My situation was extra stressful since I’m applauding for citizenship. Mt Doug walked me they all the process and bare with me all the way. We didn’t meet until court day but he was always in contact by phone and mail. Went Above And Beyond

I was pulled over doing 89 in a 65 which in Virginia, is a couple-hundred dollar fee, 6 points, and a misdemeanor. When I consulted with Doug, I was scared and unsure of how this case would turn out. He explained everything in a logical and reassuring way that made me comfortable and confident with h...iring him to go to my court case. He told me the different outcomes that I could expect to happen and he accomplished the best possible outcome. He got my charge reduced all the way down to a defective equipment (no brake light) charge which holds no points and was only about $250. He was very easy to contact, by phone or email, throughout the time leading up to this case and was always able to answer all my questions. I would absolutely recommend Doug for any traffic related case and if I ever need a lawyer again, he will be the first person I call.

Reckless driving

Doug is absolutely amazing! He helped get my reckless driving ticket down to defective equipment. He was extremely knowledgeable on the law in Virginia, considering that I am from out of state, and he was able to explain everything to me as to how the process works. He also was completely honest in t...erms of possible outcomes. He is absolutely excellent and fairly priced. He also took alot of the stress off me considering that I was in the process of moving to a different state 16 hours away and trying to get a law enforcement job. But in the end everything worked out! I can't Thank him enough for everything!

Highley reccomended!

Great Lawyer and best decision I ever made. I was charged with a RD noted 92 in a 60mph zone. Doug took it upon him self with great patience and support. He was very personable and always made time for me. With being only 19 years old I didint exactly know what I was doing but Doug did a great job of... leading me through the whole process. In the end result, Doug was able to reduce my recklace driving charge all the way down to a defective equipment charge which led to a zero point reduction with a very small fee. I am beyond amazed with his work and would highley recommend him.

Went the extra mile

I had contacted several attorneys before being referred to Mr. McGee. As a military veteran, Mr. McGee took particular interest in getting to know my background instead of treating me as just another number. I am grateful, especially as an out of state resident, that he took the time to talk with the... judge and officer, ultimately getting my ticket reduced. Would reccomend to everyone!
