Wreck less driving

Doug really saved me from getting a misdemeanor of wreck less driving all the way down to a non-moving violation. Was extremely informative and provided me with everything I needed to do on my end to help my outcome. Extremely professional and very nice.

Va Reckless Driving

I’m from out of state and I was driving down Smyth county on a highway with just forestland on both sides when I got pulled over. I was going 84 on a 70. When I got to California, I got into contact with Doug. The rest is history because he got my case dismissed. Really appreciated him because he wa...s down to earth and overall a great lawyer.

Good Attorney to Work With

I have been charged with Reckless driving in WV for driving at 86/65 MPH. Doug helped me to reduce the case to a non moving - violation. I paid the fine but there are no points or criminal charges. I would highly recommend Doug, if you have any case related to speeding.

Highly Recommend

Thanks to Mr. McGee, my six point charge of reckless driving was reduced to a non-moving violation, defective equipment, with no Virginia demerit points, and I avoided the misdemeanor, the points associated with reckless driving in Virginia, and the possible consequences such as jail and license susp...ension. I have a clear driving record and was very concerned. I have never received any type of ticket or violation and did not know what to do. After researching the consequences of the charge, it quickly became apparent that I needed assistance, especially since I am out of state. I am so very thankful to Mr. McGee for his time, patience, and guidance. I had numerous questions, and he took the time to explain everything in great detail and outlined for me the entire process. Excellent job!

I was given a ticket for “failure to maintain control of vehicle” in Virginia. This is a 6 point demerit On your license, the same as wreck less driving. Doug took my case and reduced my charge to a non moving violation, which carries no points off my license. This is huge because I plan on getting... my cdl license. Doug is very professional. I highly recommend.
