Look no further than Doug

Receiving a reckless driving ticket, I was in search for a lawyer. With concerns of this being considered a felony it was important to find the right person to handle this case. During the consultation Doug was transparent sharing the severity of the charge and his recommended actions. I was impresse...d because he called the same evening as the request to be contacted was made. Throughout the entire process he kept his word, following up as promised even with his busy schedule. The plan of action he outlined we followed to a tee. He was able to arrange a plea to a speeding of 20 over the speed limit, fine plus court costs. This was way better than the 12 months of jail time and a criminal record.

Miracle laywer!

I received a reckless driving ticket in Mecklenburg county, I was going 97 mph in a 70 mph zone over the 4th of July weekend driving back to PA from NC. This was my first time ever getting pulled over, let alone a ticket. I was extremely nervous and did not know how serious VA took this offense. I au...tomatically started researching lawyers and when I came across Doug and read all the wonderful reviews he has, I instantly new he was the right one to hire. Prior to hiring him I spoke with several different lawyers just to make sure I had options and went with the best one. Not one other lawyer made me feel as calm and hopeful as Doug did. He works great with communicating at a timely manner, whether that be text, e-mail, or calls. He answered all my questions and assured me he would put full effort on dropping the reckless driving ticket to a normal speeding ticket, and that was all done with little effort on my part. I unfortunately had certain life situations happen, where I could not complete all the tasks Doug recommended prior to my court date. Yet, he still managed to get the best peal he could for me. I am so happy I hired him and would do so again. If you need a lawyer in VA do not hesitate to call Doug, he will not disappoint.

87/65 in Va reduced to a non-moving violation

I contacted Mr McGee soon after I received my ticket, and expressed my concerns. I am a cdl carrier and this violation would have been detrimental to my driving record. He assured me that he will do his best to reduce to a non-moving violation.He is clear and concise in his communication and what he ...needs from you, he will do his best to get you the desired result. He is a fantastic attorney and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Reckless driving in Brunswick county - 96/70

I got a reckless driving ticket in Brunswick county. I have approached around 10 lawyers in the area but no body was willing to take up my case because 96/70 is goner in that county. But when I consulted with McGee, he clearly mentioned all the things I have to do and also set my expectations pragmat...ic. I instantly felt better after his call. I did all the things he mentioned, went to the court and my reckless driving charge was knocked down to a moving violation which is the least one could get in Virginia

Amazing Attorney

I was pulled over in Virginia on my way to Florida to visit family. I was going 83/70. Mr. McGee was so amazing through the whole process. I myself have worked in criminal defense for amazing attorneys and Mr. McGee was just as amazing as my team.
