Speeding Summons

Doug was extremely professional and thorough in handling a speeding ticket my teenage son got. He made sure all the courses and documents were completed to both convey the gravity of the charge to my son and convince the court that a dismissal was warranted. Highly recommend his services.

Win with Doug!

Doug got my reckless driving changed to defective equipment, a non-moving violation!!! I was going 30MPH over the speed limit! I followed everything Doug advised me to do in order to increase my chances of getting it dropped to a non-moving violation. And IT WORKED. Doug has also served my brother fo...r a wreck less driving ticket driving through a WORK ZONE. It too was dropped to a non-moving violation!! Don't doubt Doug, just call him and let him work!!!

Great experience from start to finish and got great results of of my case!

I had my brakes go out on the interstate back in November and luckily no injuries or serious damages came of it but I was still charged with reckless driving. I started looking for lawyers local to the area and I honestly don't think I could've found a better choice. As soon as I got in contact he ex...plained what to do in the situation for the best results and gave some great advice on things to do leading up to the court date. Throughout the whole process he was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and when the court date finally came he even saved me the long trip back to Virginia and got my misdemeanor charge reduced to faulty equipment without me even having to be there in person. I highly recommend Douglas McGee to anyone in a situation like mine because thanks to him it went smoothly from start to finish and a charge that could've resulted in big fines and even jail time got reduced to a small fine plus fees and nothing more, I couldn't have asked for better results!
