Reckless in VA

I highly recommend Doug McGee. After receiving a Reckless Driving ticket he was extremely through explaining the impact of the ticket and the course of action required to potentially have the ticket reduced to a lower infraction. After following Doug’s sage advice and I happy to report he worked ve...ry hard and was successful ! I couldn’t be happier! He took a lot of time and made sure I understood everything. Reckless driving

I was ticketed for reckless driving, for doing (89/65) mph zone with my two kids in the car. When I first started speaking to attorneys about my traffic violation, none of them reassured me I was in the right hands until I talked to Doug McGee. Doug advised me on several ways to help get the charges... lowered, considering this was my first ticket. On the day of court, Doug cut a deal with the prosecutor resulting in my reckless driving charge being reduced to defective equipment. Thanks to Doug McGee representing me exceptionally, my record is still clean! EXCELLENT Lawyer

Doug was able to reduce my reckless driving charge of 99 in a 70 zone from reckless driving to a improper driving charge with only a small fee and a few points on my CDL license. Considering I am a CDL holder VA is generally a lot stricter on these licensed drivers. I highly recommend this attorney w...ith his guidance and the documentation we provided he was able to come out with the best outcome!

Excellent lawyer, highly recommend, especially for out-of-state traffic violations.

Doug was able to get my reckless driving ticket reduced to improper driving, resulting in a fine and minimal points on my license. He is very thorough following his advice and recommendations will give you the best chance for a positive outcome. Also, one of the greatest benefits was Doug represent...ing me in court so I did not have to take time from work or drive several hours. I could not be more pleased with my choice for an attorney.

Competent and deserving of your confidence.

Doug gave me really good advice and direction even before we went to court for a traffic violation. The day before court Doug got me a good plea deal from the prosecution. When I decided to take my case before the judge, Doug was able to present everything in such a way that showed me in the best lig...ht possible. It is because of his guidance and preparation that my day in court could not have ended much better. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of a lawyer with his specialty. He is also very good about responding to and returning calls/ messages.
