Saving the day!

Mr. McGee was outstanding. I was driving home to South Carolina from Ohio after visiting my sick grandmother, and with a lot on my mind, I didn’t realize I was going 84 in a 70 — something I absolutely should have been more mindful of, especially in Virginia. This was the first traffic ticket I had e...ver received, so I decided to seek legal representation. After coming across Mr. McGee, I’m very grateful I chose to work with him. From the start, he was clear, direct, and walked me through exactly what to expect. I asked if there was any way to expedite the process, and he was able to have the court date moved up significantly, which helped bring the matter to a quick and smooth resolution. Thanks to his representation, my speeding ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation. I wasn’t required to attend any driving school or complete any courses, which was a huge relief. He also appeared in court on my behalf, saving me the time and stress of traveling back from South Carolina to Virginia. His honesty, transparency, and professionalism were very much appreciated. Outstanding Attorney Gets Results

While Doug never promised me a rose garden he couldn't deliver, he put my mind at ease and had an excellent manner about him from that first consultation phone call to the last. I enjoyed talking to him. He gave me the road map for how to put myself and him in the best position get the best possibl...e results for my own reckless driving charge. While it involved some legwork on my part, it was so worth it, and he made it as easy to understand as possible. His email/text and phone follow up was timely. No one ever wants to be in the situation that caused me to be connected with Doug, but he was so friendly to chat with the couple of times that we did, I'm almost glad to have met him even this way. I am so happy with the results he was able to get for me. I would not hesitate to make that call if I ever needed such legal services again.

Reckless driving/expired registration

Mr. Mcgee was able to help me out despite the fact that I contacted him close to the court date. He informed me of everything I needed to do to reduce my ticket. I received a reckless driving ticket for doing 92 in a 65. I didn't know my speedometer was off until I was pulled over. Mr. Mcgee recommen...ded a place to get my speedometer tested which was a big help since I'm from out of state and other states don't do speedometer testing. Following all of his recommendations, the judge reduced the charges to a defective equipment violation, which puts 0 points on my driving record, doesn't require community service, or probation. I highly recommend this lawyer and appreciate the work he has done.

I can't recommend Doug highly enough! I had a traffic ticket that I was really hoping to get reduced or dismissed, and Doug absolutely delivered. Mr. McGee was terrific. He listened to my case, gave me clear and concise directions on what I needed to do, in order for him to help me. His communication with timely, upfront and honest. He was kind and respectful. He did exactly what he said he would do. He was also available when I had quest...ions which is huge. I would use him again in a heartbeat (but hope I never have to!).
