91/70 Speeding & Reckless Driving - Out of state

I am from out of state, and was traveling over a summer holiday. I was pulled over for 91/70 - which is classified as reckless driving. I was so scared of what was to come, and wasn’t sure who I could trust for help in this situation. Mr. McGee has so many 5 star reviews, and I can see why. He is a v...ery pleasant individual to talk to. He’s straightforward and knowledgeable. He listed so many different solutions to help my case. I work full time so I wasn’t able to do all of the recommended top 4 options. I did take the 8 hour and 4 hour driver courses and submitted my driving record. He was able to get my 6 point speeding and reckless driving charge down to a 3 point improper driving charge. This means possible jail time and/or license suspension to paying a fine. I am so grateful for Mr. McGee’s help.

Reckless driving defense

Doug did an amazing job of getting my reckless driving (class 1 misdemeanor) reduced to defective equipment. This means no points on my license!

Hire Doug!

Driving through Smyth County I was charged with a Class 1 Misdemeanor charge of Reckless Driving (88 MPH in a 70 MPH Zone) in Smyth County. Doug had it reduced to Defective Equipment, thereby avoiding a misdemeanor conviction, potential jail, license suspension by the court. Doug is the man, easy to... work with and if you follow what he asks you to do you most likely will have the same outcome. Highly recommend!

Just hire Doug, other lawyers use scare tactics

I received a reckless driving ticket in Virginia for speeding (>15 mph) on my way to vacation. Doug talked with me every step of the way and helped reassure me it would be okay (penalties include up to 12 months in prison!!!). I followed all of his instructions to the best of my ability and it ended ...up as a no point fine. He was awesome and I would I highly recommend him for the most aggressive speeding laws in the country (Virginia). Also I was out of state and didn’t not have to attend court in person.
