Doug was amazing!

Reckless Driving 89/70 reduced to a non-moving violation. I live outside of Virginia and immediately felt confident with him working on my case there locally. Communication throughout the whole process was prompt, thorough, and friendly. He explained my situation, answered all of my questions, provid...ed a plan for moving forward, and followed through on it. Working with Doug was wonderful.

Case Dismissed

I had 88/60 speeding ticket in VA. Doug helped me get out of the ticket with no fine, no record on DL, no insurance increase. He helped me understand the nature of the case and what to expect. Also gave me plan of action ahead of court date. The ticket is dismissed with 6 months probation and 28 hour... community service. Couldn’t ask for better. He is your go to guy for traffic offense in VA.

Doug was great he is very professional he walked me through the process and provided me with what I needed to produce for court. I was issued a ticket for speeding 15mph over the speed limit. I explained the incident to Doug, he represented me in court showed and talked with the prosecutor on my beha...lf. When he was called before the Judge the case was dismissed with no court costs. I highly recommend Doug for any legal issue you may find yourself in. Bruce

101/65 Reckless Driving

Mr. McGee was an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave me a detailed plan of action and steps to take to help me mitigate this charge. This charge could have gotten me a misdemeanor conviction, jail, license suspension by the court, and significantly higher fines. Through his diligence and resource...fulness we were able to get the charged dropped to just Speeding 95/65 with a reduced fine of $250. Mr. McGee is a very knowledgeable Attorney and well worth the money and fully explained each step of the process to me. My advice for anyone is to not give up no matter what you are convicted of and if you follow the mitigating factors Mr. McGee gives you, you’ll have a fighting chance.
