Absolutely recommend

It was a great pleasure having Doug work my case and I absolutely would recommend him to anyone with a VA ticket. I got a wreck less driving ticket for 96/70 in Shenandoah. Found Doug online and when we spoke he was very realistic and assuring on the proper procedure and expectations I could tell rig...ht away compared to the somewhat cheaper online services that don’t do much that going with him was absolutely worth the few extra bucks. I really appreciated his care for detail and focus as he treats each case as if it’s his only case and really gets full attention. I was provided a list of recommended work to prepare for my case and although I wasn’t able to get everything completed Doug still was able to work his best with what I was able to provide and still had gotten a reduced charge that I am more than happy with. With Doug’s strong community ties I definitely don’t think it would be worth the risk to go with anybody else if found in a similar situation to mine as VA’s driving tickets are not taken lightly and carry some very scary and real consequences if not taken seriously.

91/70 Reckless Driving Reduced to Non-Moving Violation

I was charged with Reckless Driving Speeding 91/70 in Shenandoah County, and among all the lawyers I spoke to try and get this charge reduced, Doug was by far the best and gave me a reasonable price. He explained to me what to realistically expect from this process and sent a detailed list of recomme...nded actions to take prior to the court date, which he pushed out a couple of months in order to give enough time. While I was getting together the materials needed for court, Doug would promptly answer any questions I had really well, and I felt a lot better about the situation having him on my side. On the court date, Doug put in a great amount of effort to get me an incredible result which I was not expecting at all. Doug is an excellent and talented lawyer who is absolutely the right person to hire for your case. I am truly grateful to Doug for helping me get through this process seamlessly.

If you have a problem, Doug is The Man. Doug helped me out of situation that could have ended in many different ugly scenarios ... I received a speeding ticket of 93 in a 70 in possibly the worst county for sentencing in VA .... it could have been jail or reckless driving, loss of license in VA and... who knows what would have followed in my home state ... Doug went to the mat for me ... He gave me a list of things I could do to help, as well as having attended multiple court appearances and came away with a decision I would not have thought was possible. Doug, thanks so much for everything .. I am glad we met and will always consider you a friend Thanks Bill

CDL Problem? Call Doug, you'll be Very Happy you did!

had a 70 in a 55, had my CDL for 32 years, and didnt want to lose it. Doug gave me a fair price, talked with me like I was a friend and explained every option available. In the end, It was a reduced to deflective equipment and saved me a lot of money! Hire Doug!, you wont be sorry
