Wreck less driving

Doug really saved me from getting a misdemeanor of wreck less driving all the way down to a non-moving violation. Was extremely informative and provided me with everything I needed to do on my end to help my outcome. Extremely professional and very nice.

Good Attorney to Work With

I have been charged with Reckless driving in WV for driving at 86/65 MPH. Doug helped me to reduce the case to a non moving - violation. I paid the fine but there are no points or criminal charges. I would highly recommend Doug, if you have any case related to speeding.

Highly Recommend

Thanks to Mr. McGee, my six point charge of reckless driving was reduced to a non-moving violation, defective equipment, with no Virginia demerit points, and I avoided the misdemeanor, the points associated with reckless driving in Virginia, and the possible consequences such as jail and license susp...ension. I have a clear driving record and was very concerned. I have never received any type of ticket or violation and did not know what to do. After researching the consequences of the charge, it quickly became apparent that I needed assistance, especially since I am out of state. He saved me from reckless driving

He saved me from reckless driving that twice the speed limit, and he is a very kind and patient to me throughout the whole process. Even the English is my second language, he explains the every detail to me and help me to reduce the consequences as low as possible. I am very grateful for his help.

Great lawyer

I looked for several lawyers online after I got a reckless driving ticket in Hanover County, VA. I was going 84/65 on 95N. I’m 67 and this was my 1st ticket ever. I had no idea reckless driving is such a serious offense in VA. I live in PA. I was a wreck but Doug talked me through it and gave me my o...ptions. I was most impressed with how he kept me informed every step of the way- either through texts, emails or phone. My case was dismissed and I just had to pay court costs. Doug is the best!!
