Reckless driving with a CDL

I was on my way home from vacation when I was passing through Bristol, VA in my personal vehicle going 88 in a 70. Needless to say I ended up getting a reckless driving ticket. Since I was living in Florida I could not make the court date so I started searching for lawyers online and found Douglas Pa...trick McGee. I'm glad I did, because he was able to get the ticket dropped down from 88 to 79 in a 70 which means I wasn't charged reckless driving and a misdemeanor did not go on my record. I can’t believe how much he helped

I got a reckless driving ticket (96 in a work zone) on my way to Georgia due to my job I was not able to make it to the court on the date. I looked online and found mr. Douglas McGee he made contact with me and I explained what happened and why I couldn’t make it to court on the upcoming date. He was... able to work with me and help walk me through the process, and what I can do to help with the case. He was able to get my ticket from a reckless driving to a much lower speeding ticket. I am more than thankful for his work and how much he helped me. I most likely wouldn’t have gotten a better outcome from someone else. If you get a ticket I highly recommend Mr. McGee and that if he asks for anything get it done. 10/10 would choose him again or recommend someone

Drug Possession Charge

Definitely was a great help even gave me some advice before I even paid and got my misdemeanor thrown out asap and felony was dismissed without me even having to appear in court.

My Experience with Doug

Recently I found myself in a situation where a lawyer would be very convenient. I was charged with reckless driving in Virginia and was not going to be able to stand in for the court date due to being sent out of the area for training. After browsing a few websites I came across one and made a few ca...lls leading me to Doug. Him and I had a pleasant conversation discussing what had happened. Due to being military he told me what options I had and what documents I should send him, and after discussing a few more things I stated that I was interested in hiring him. He was very understanding and respectful to me despite my age and inexperience with matters such as these and helped me understand more of the legality behind it all. After hiring him he consistently stayed in touch with me and provided me useful updates pertaining to my case. In the end he was even able to get my case dismissed. Overall I would say that my experience with him was great. He was respectful, understanding, informative, and nothing less than a great lawyer to hire.

Highly recommend!

He help me get my reckless driving in VA Beach reduced when everyone else with this particular judge was getting jail time and non-reduced sentences. Very easy to talk to and was always available for me when I had questions.
