Awsome Results!!

My wife was caught speeding in Carrol County Va. in route to WV to get her sick mother. Douglas was recommended to us by another lawyer here in North Carolina. Upon contact he was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. We hired Douglas at a very reasonable fee and the ticket was reduced in ...court. As a result it saved us about $900 dollars a year in insurance costs. If your caught speeding in Virginia do yourself a favor and contact Douglas, I'm sure you wont be sorry. Thanks Randy

CDL Reckless Driving

I'm very pleased with my decision to hire Douglas P. McGee as my lawyer. Got a reckless driving of speed 78/55 with being out of state and cdl holder. Not knowing what could happen I called so many lawyers who wouldn't get back or don't do smaller county's. He got back with me and was very helpful on... what I was face with and a plan on getting it lowered and answering any questions i had. I did what he said and was lucky able to get the charge dismissed and only had to pay court cost. Super happy with the outcome and my decision on hiring McGee.

Do the Work

From the moment we contacted Mr. McGee about my reckless driving ticket, he was clear, direct, always accessible, and incredibly hospitable with his communication towards me and my case. Moments after he was hired, he sent over a list of objectives/things to do to help me in my “defense” of mysel...f. The directives were rather simple “do the work, and your chances get significantly higher to get good results”. Obviously nothing is certain. Results can’t be promised. But I did all he asked me to do, and my reckless driving ticket got thrown out completely including the court fees! Do the work, get results! Highly recommend!

Speeding Ticket (Reckless Driving)

Mr. McGee was awesome and well worth the cost. My daughter got a reckless driving ticket heading back to college after a break, driving a car that was new to her. I consulted an attorney friend of mine about getting legal counsel and they referred us to a firm in Richmond and ultimately Mr. Douglas M...cGee. He was awesome to work with and walked us through what to do to prepare for court, what to expect, possible outcomes, and more. His advice was well worth the money. Based on the homework (driving schools, character, etc.) my daughter did in preparation, the judge dismissed the ticket. We got the best possible outcome. Thank You Mr. McGee! Obviously, he gets 5-stars from us and a very positive review.

An Absolute Hero: Reckless Reduced to Non-Moving Infraction
