Excellent Experience with RD Citation

If you find yourself with a Reckless Driving, other traffic citations or criminal misconduct in The Commonwealth of Virginia, do yourself a favor and contact Douglas McGee as soon as possible. He helped talk me through my initial panic, calmed my fears and got me to a place where I saw hope of avoidi...ng a jail sentence and license suspension. It wasn't easy, he and I both put in a LOT of work, but in the end The Court showed mercy on me, thanks to the council and guidance of Mr. McGee, and my willingness to follow his directions from day one. Don't panic, just give him a call and let him walk you through the process. It won't always be easy, but in the end it will be worth it to know you did everything possible to mitigate the circumstances surrounding your specific incident, and obtained the most favorable outcome from The Court.

I was cited for reckless driving and Doug represented me. He told me exactly what to do and even provided supporting information to help me in my case. He is very personable and took the time to get to know me. He always kept me informed and reassured and was able to get my charges reduced. He is li...terally a life saver. What a Relief!

Doug represented my fiance for a reckless driving charge. While personable and human, he was also very professional and direct. My fiance and I had never been in a situation like this and it was incredibly reassuring to have Doug by our sides. I would highly recommend utilizing his talents if ever in... need of his service.

Doug is a great attorney. I was charged with 109/65 reckless driving. I was looking at (I’m assuming) at-least 30 days jail; but with Doug, I came out of court with only a $250 fine and 30day restricted license. Not to mention, my record had other tickets on it, including another reckless. His cando...r and professionalism are top notch. He genuinely cares about each case he takes and gives great advice on what to do pre-court. I highly recommend Doug McGee to anyone, you will not regret it. -Andrew.

Hit & Run, driving on suspended, etc.

Doug is such an amazing lawyer. My husband and I were referred to him by a close friend and we are so grateful for him. My husband was driving on a suspended license due to not having insurance coverage. He was driving us home one day when our tires slid on ice and ended up hitting two vehicles. My h...usband had and anxiety attack and fled the scene and could not take his foot off the gas. The entire situation was a mess and we just knew to expect the worse. With Doug as our back bone, my husbands felony was dropped to a misdemeanor, no jail time and no suspended license. Never in our lives did we feel so secure to know Doug would handle everything the way he should. Every phone call and text message was answered. I would recommend him to anyone! Doug, thank you for everything. You’re truly a blessing!
