Great lawyer for out of state driver!!!

Doug was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was ticketed with reckless driving in VA for speeding while driving down from NJ. He even went to court on my behalf so I didn’t have to spend 10 hours driving to and from court. He kept me in...formed throughout the whole process and ultimately my charge was reduced to improper driving- yay!

Phenomenal Attorney

I’ve had a few tickets I’ll be honest. This was my first big case, actual charges. I knew I needed someone who would do their best to deliver. Now anyone should know an attorney cannot promise results. Mr.McGee and I made an initial consultation and I can say right off the bat I knew I was in good ha...nds, he related to my situation to the best of his ability and walked through some cases he’s seen in order to build a sense of direction fir the case. As soon as contract was faxed over, he got straight to work. This is a contact I will keep saved (although ideally I hope not to need services but it’s a great contact to keep incase a I mess up again.

Highly Recommended for Reckless Driving

Doug did a fantastic job as my attorney for reckless driving charges in VA. He successfully leveraged my very favorable suspended sentence outcome of one very bad reckless driving charge (101/60mph) in order to get a defective equipment outcome on a second reckless driving charge (88/70mph), which re...sulted in receiving no points, no jail time or license suspension. Excellent Experience with RD Citation

If you find yourself with a Reckless Driving, other traffic citations or criminal misconduct in The Commonwealth of Virginia, do yourself a favor and contact Douglas McGee as soon as possible. He helped talk me through my initial panic, calmed my fears and got me to a place where I saw hope of avoidi...ng a jail sentence and license suspension. It wasn't easy, he and I both put in a LOT of work, but in the end The Court showed mercy on me, thanks to the council and guidance of Mr. McGee, and my willingness to follow his directions from day one. Don't panic, just give him a call and let him walk you through the process. It won't always be easy, but in the end it will be worth it to know you did everything possible to mitigate the circumstances surrounding your specific incident, and obtained the most favorable outcome from The Court.
