Reckless Driving over 90mph reduced to 'Defective Equipment'

I was pulled over on i-80 in Virginia going 93 in a 70 zone. With Doug's guidance, he was able to get my ticket down to 'defective equipment'. Which is the equivalent to a tail light bulb being out. He recommended I take the 8 and 4-hour driving retraining courses. As well as, perform community s...ervice and have my vehicles speed calibrated. I accomplished all of those tasks and Doug was able to use that to get my reckless Driving charge reduced to the non-moving violation. I just had to pay court costs and fines. My vehicles speed ended up being 4mph off which helped greatly. So, I would highly recommend taking the time to get that done if you can. Doug, is knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. He made the whole process less painful than it had to be by following his guidance. I would absolutely recommend Doug if you need an attorney for a reckless Driving charge.

Personal Attention and Awesome Results!

Reckless op ticket

Doug was amazing and resolving my case from a reckless op in bland county . I am from Ohio and I called several lawyers. He was the third one I called and I hired him very knowledgeable. Very nice guy to talk to. He gave me everything I needed to do and got it down to where it would be a tail lens o...ut charge very reasonably priced everywhere else I called was the price to obtain a lawyer very professional very awesome guy for out of state need to hire a lawyer. A meticulous professional.

Everything you'd want from a lawyer, you get with Doug. Someone who understands the system, who loves what they do, knows when to fight with the sword or the pencil. I partnered with Doug because I was issued a "Following too closely" citation after in accident I was involved with, Doug immediately f...rom the first phone call calmed my nerves and spoke with confidence. He gave me many different options on how I wanted to proceed and once I communicated my goals, he quickly aligned with that vision and gave me several different strategies on how he was going to fight on my behalf towards my goals. Mr. McGee is the best attorney for speeding in Virginia!

I was charged with Reckless Driving (80MPH in a 55MPH) Mr. McGee was able to get it reduced to to Speeding (69 MPH) thereby avoiding a misdemeanor conviction, potential jail, license suspension, additional Virginia points and higher fines. The ticked I had to pay was $250 compared to a Reckless Drivi...ng ticket which can cost up to $2,500 in Virginia. He is extremely easy to work with, has excellent communication skills and provides clear and easy to follow instructions. If you follow Mr. McGee’s instructions I am sure you will be very happy with the outcome. If I could give him six stars I would it was a pleasure working with him.
