Doug was very professional and helped me out a lot. Very easy to communicate with. He got my serious charge knocked down to just defective equipment, and no points on my license.

The Best Lawyer You Could Get

I received a move-over violation where there were multiple police cars and multiple people outside their vehicles. Douglas ended up getting this very serious charge (one that faces up to a year in jail) to be under advisement for a year to be dismissed. This is especially impressive given tha...t the county I was charged in has among the strictest reckless driving enforcement in the country. I talked to over 10 lawyers, and from the get-go Douglas stuck out to me as the best possible option. In fact, I was so confident in his abilities that I ended up leaving the original attorney I hired to go with him. He takes the time to explain everything as well as give you a detailed, actionable list of ways to address this charge. This list offers much more guidance than the other lawyers I talked to, including the one I had initially hired. Had I not gone with Douglas, my case would have gone a lot differently. He is also pleasant to talk to, which is always a plus.

Best Lawyer

Good News

Mr.McGee help me out of a serious jam. I had a crazy (Reckless)charge. I did what he asked of me and I came out of it.with no loss of my points and with my job still.by him getting dropped it to a lesser charge. I would call him again!

Excellent lawyer for any traffic issue.

Doug did a fantastic job in getting a ticket I received in Danville VA reduced to a non-moving violation, and therefore eliminating points on my record. He is very personable and was easy to talk to throughout the process. He was quick to respond to questions, gave excellent advice, and cleared the c...ase even before my court date. Despite this being a relatively minor case for him, he pursued it aggressively and eased my stress over the whole ordeal. I would recommend him highly and without reservation.
