Communicative, Personable, and Effective - Hire Doug!

Doug has been in the business for a while and he has excellent expertise, especially when it comes to traffic violations such as Reckless Driving. Throughout the ~4 months between my charge and my court date, he communicated consistently and effectively, clearly laying out what was necessary to get m...y charge reduced, or maybe even dismissed. He is always very real about possible outcomes and the importance of different tasks to do before court in order to have the best chance at success. Doug is very easy to talk to and is a very nice individual. He also clearly has a great relationship with those within various circuits in Virginia, and he knows the courts very well. In the end, with the combination of completing the tasks he requested of me and his expertise, Doug was able to get my Reckless Driving case not only reduced, but completely dismissed. Couldn't be more more with the result and my decision to hire him. It is possible to get your reckless driving misdemeanor dismissed!!

Gives great instructions -- Follow Them!!

My son had a reckless driving charge that could have seriously impacted his ability to get hired for a first responder job that he wanted. Doug McGee was recommended to us and I am so glad we retained him! He told him exactly what to do. He sent an email laying out what steps to take to help get the ...best possible outcome. He also did a couple of phone calls to describe what the process would be like, what to expect in court and how to prepare. That said, you have to do the work. If he says to get community service hours, take a class, etc., you have to do it. Get your paperwork in order, do everything he says, you won't be sorry! My son got his charge reduced, he was eligible for hire, and the new job starts in a couple months. It was the best possible outcome and I am so grateful. A huge relief!

Excellent for out of state drivers

I live in a different state and received a citation in VA. I was referred to Mr. McGee and he did a great job defending me and getting the desired outcome. Speeding ticket

Was going 15 over in Virginia, was first classified as a 4 point speeding ticket and he got it down to 0 points and only a $150 fine. No insurance affected. Was great in the whole process and easy to talk to, very clear and fast communication as well. Also helped my mom prior for a similar incident. ... Hopefully don’t need to but would absolutely go to again.
