Reckless driving charge reduced to improper control

Doug really helped me with my reckless driving ticket(97/70) in symth county VA. Out of State Reckless Driving Ticket (CDL)

I am from New York and being a new CDL driver I was hit with a radar @ 86MPH in a 70MPH speed zone on the interstate . Very concerned as how it would affect my future and career. I contacted Doug and he responded almost instantly with all of the correct answers to all my questions and concerns. Bein...g around the holidays and what not he was very responsible with his retainer fees . He works most days like the rest of us ! So if you have any problems or questions just shoot him a text he will reply promptly. He managed to save my career and CDL I can not thank him enough my ticket was reduced and now I have zero points with a fine ! Just remarkable , the outcome was more than adequate ! Wreck less driving

Doug really saved me from getting a misdemeanor of wreck less driving all the way down to a non-moving violation. Was extremely informative and provided me with everything I needed to do on my end to help my outcome. Extremely professional and very nice.

Excellent job!

I was given a ticket for “failure to maintain control of vehicle” in Virginia. This is a 6 point demerit On your license, the same as wreck less driving. Doug took my case and reduced my charge to a non moving violation, which carries no points off my license. This is huge because I plan on getting... my cdl license. Doug is very professional. I highly recommend.

RD(89/70) ticket, got reduced successfully!

At the beginning of this year I was pulled over for RD(89/70) in Lexington. It was my very first ticket. I was scared when I searched online. I called a few attorneys, only Mr. Mcgee explained to my everything patiently and clearly. He was honest and helpful so I decided to choose him, and that was a... correct decision indeed! I prepared all documents under his guide and met him in the court. He got my ticket reduced to regular speeding ticket in 24 SECONDS! Unbelievable record. Should be the shortest one in Lexington County general court. This victory can only be accomplished by well experienced and highly professional attorney, like him. BTW other attorneys told me my case was almost impossible to be reduced when I called them. He even helped me jump start my car after we won the case. Mr. Mcgee is such a professional attorney with warm heart. HIRE HIM if you need help!
