He saved my life

I was charged with marijuana possession and got an speeding ticket. My situation was extra stressful since I’m applauding for citizenship. Mt Doug walked me they all the process and bare with me all the way. We didn’t meet until court day but he was always in contact by phone and mail. Went Above And Beyond

I was pulled over doing 89 in a 65 which in Virginia, is a couple-hundred dollar fee, 6 points, and a misdemeanor. When I consulted with Doug, I was scared and unsure of how this case would turn out. He explained everything in a logical and reassuring way that made me comfortable and confident with h...iring him to go to my court case. He told me the different outcomes that I could expect to happen and he accomplished the best possible outcome. He got my charge reduced all the way down to a defective equipment (no brake light) charge which holds no points and was only about $250. He was very easy to contact, by phone or email, throughout the time leading up to this case and was always able to answer all my questions. I would absolutely recommend Doug for any traffic related case and if I ever need a lawyer again, he will be the first person I call.

Grateful and relieved parent

When my son got a speeding ticket from Bland County, we thought that was what it was, a speeding ticket, only to discover he was being charged with misdemeanor reckless driving with possibility of jail time, large fine and suspension of license. Being out of state and not knowing any attorney in Virg...inia, we researched the internet and found Doug. Doug was very prompt in returning my call. He was very comforting and reassuring, and professional at the same time. He understood the enormity of a conviction of the charge. Doug was very specific in outlining what we needed to provide in preparation for the court date. He maintained effective line of communication all through the process. My son did not have to appear in court being that he was out of state. We were excitingly relieved when Doug called with the good news. He got the charges reduced from misdemeanor to defective equipment with no points on the driving records. Doug is a life saver and we appreciate greatly all he did. One may not find a lot of reviews for Doug, he is old school with a lot of experience under his belt, but he is the best! Talk to him first before any other.

Highly Recomended

When I first got charged with reckless driving I was really worried. During a free consult over the phone Doug was very patient and did a great job in easing my nerves. Once hired, Doug kept being patient along the entire journey until the trial date. He answered all my emails and all my questions an...d really did an exceptional job. Doug managed to reduce my charge to Defective equipment and I could not be happier. I recommend Doug to any one in need of help as I was.

Superb and gets results

Hired Mr McGee in a minor traffic matter. He responded in the same day and kept in communication via email during process. He was able to negotiate a dismissal upon payment of court costs. Very pleased with his work and results.
