My Guy NOW

I received a failure to move over summons in Smyth County, VA, which is considered reckless driving and penalties are understandably stiff! I won't go into the details but I am from Florida and have a clean record....STILLl! Never speed, try to do all the right things from helping senior citizens, vo...lunteering in my community, mentoring other business owners to following all laws driving or otherwise; so I was terrified of what would happen with a possible misdemeanor, jail, loss of license and 6 points added to my license, etc. I am very happy to say, Doug was able to get the charge reduced to a 0 point infraction. I am so relieved and can continue on with my life doing the things I love freely. Just follow everything he asks you to do, he knows his community, Doug is straight forward, down to earth and will do his best to help you!

Reckless Driving Infraction

I hired Doug after being ticketed for Reckless Driving in the city of Roanoke. Doug did an excellent job of setting expectations, educating me on what would be required for my Defense and communicating with me regarding court scheduling and appearances. Fortunately, Doug was enable to make it such ...that I didn't have to appear in court, which was very advantageous due to me living in Northern Virginia. Reckless Driving was Reduced to Speeding for Top Secret Employee

My driving has never gotten me a ticket before, but somehow I got one in my 2nd week of moving to Virginia. A state trooper charged me with 99 in a 70, through pacing. In Virginia, this is automatically reckless driving and a class 1 misdemeanor. This would have been my first criminal charge and fi...rst traffic conviction. This would have very bad for me, as I am a holder of a Top Secret clearance and am under constant investigation, this could jeopardize my work. Fortunately, I was able to find Douglass and hire him. Following his instructions, we were able to present several items to the judge and reduce the charge from reckless driving to down speeding. A great accomplishment as now I can continue to have a clear criminal record. Doug was highly efficient in communicating all my details in the court trial and I felt the judge appreciated that.

Traffic Ticket / Reckless Driving
