Expect the BEST outcome for your situation

I was charged with a DWI, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident ( Total of 3 charges). Doug had my charges reduced to improper driving and reckless driving. My driving license WAS NOT suspended, I DID NOT have to get a breathalyzer installed, Suspended all jail time. Doug looked for e...ver angle possible to leverage my defense against the prosecutor, he keep me informed of all information well ahead of time. By far the best attorney I have ever had ( I have needed quite a few ). Pay what he asks, do what he asks, and expect the BEST outcome for your situation. There is no one else that I would ever call when/if legal services/advise are needed in the future.

Out of State Reckless Driving Ticket (CDL)

I am from New York and being a new CDL driver I was hit with a radar @ 86MPH in a 70MPH speed zone on the interstate . Very concerned as how it would affect my future and career. I contacted Doug and he responded almost instantly with all of the correct answers to all my questions and concerns. Bein...g around the holidays and what not he was very responsible with his retainer fees . He works most days like the rest of us ! So if you have any problems or questions just shoot him a text he will reply promptly. He managed to save my career and CDL I can not thank him enough my ticket was reduced and now I have zero points with a fine ! Just remarkable , the outcome was more than adequate ! Great lawyer

I looked for several lawyers online after I got a reckless driving ticket in Hanover County, VA. I was going 84/65 on 95N. I’m 67 and this was my 1st ticket ever. I had no idea reckless driving is such a serious offense in VA. I live in PA. I was a wreck but Doug talked me through it and gave me my o...ptions. I was most impressed with how he kept me informed every step of the way- either through texts, emails or phone. My case was dismissed and I just had to pay court costs. Doug is the best!!

Reckless Driving 89 in 65

I am pleased that my charge of reckless driving (89/65mph) was reduced to a traffic infraction of improper driving, thereby avoiding a misdemeanor conviction, the higher points generally associated with this charge in Virginia, and many of the other potential consequences such as jail, license suspen...sion and higher fines. I am further pleased that we were able to achieve this result without additional requirements or probation periods. The reduced ticket is the lowest level point violation possible in Virginia, which is three points, compared to the misdemeanor six point assessment. With Douge I'm sure you will be pleased with your results as well. I highly recommend Douglas McGee. He Is always very helpful and made time to talk with me even though he has a busy schedule. He is very pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable. He went all the way to Henry county for my case and he is located in Richmond. Highly recommend Douglas McGee!
