Absolutely recommend

It was a great pleasure having Doug work my case and I absolutely would recommend him to anyone with a VA ticket. I got a wreck less driving ticket for 96/70 in Shenandoah. Found Doug online and when we spoke he was very realistic and assuring on the proper procedure and expectations I could tell rig...ht away compared to the somewhat cheaper online services that don’t do much that going with him was absolutely worth the few extra bucks. I really appreciated his care for detail and focus as he treats each case as if it’s his only case and really gets full attention. I was provided a list of recommended work to prepare for my case and although I wasn’t able to get everything completed Doug still was able to work his best with what I was able to provide and still had gotten a reduced charge that I am more than happy with. With Doug’s strong community ties I definitely don’t think it would be worth the risk to go with anybody else if found in a similar situation to mine as VA’s driving tickets are not taken lightly and carry some very scary and real consequences if not taken seriously.

101/65 Reckless Driving

Mr. McGee was an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave me a detailed plan of action and steps to take to help me mitigate this charge. This charge could have gotten me a misdemeanor conviction, jail, license suspension by the court, and significantly higher fines. Through his diligence and resource...fulness we were able to get the charged dropped to just Speeding 95/65 with a reduced fine of $250. Mr. McGee is a very knowledgeable Attorney and well worth the money and fully explained each step of the process to me. My advice for anyone is to not give up no matter what you are convicted of and if you follow the mitigating factors Mr. McGee gives you, you’ll have a fighting chance.

Received a ticket for 19mph over in Botetourt County. Doug did an amazing job getting this ticket dismissed! He was thorough, courteous and prompt in responding to all of my questions. Highly recommend Mr. McGee if you need legal assistance.

Reckless Driving 89/70 on I95

I hired Attorney McGee for my reckless driving ticket I got in Nov 2021. He contacted me almost immediately after inquiring about his services, advising me on what the next steps are and ensuring me he would do his best to secure the best outcome. His fees were well worth it than some of those fly by... night low fee $300 attorneys who don’t really take the time to invest in your case. Attorney McGee was in contact with me sometimes later in the evening, showing personal interest in my case. He got my ticket reduced to a defective speedometer charge and a $250 fine. A lot better than having a criminal record. Thanks Attorney McGee for all you do!
