Miracle laywer!

I received a reckless driving ticket in Mecklenburg county, I was going 97 mph in a 70 mph zone over the 4th of July weekend driving back to PA from NC. This was my first time ever getting pulled over, let alone a ticket. I was extremely nervous and did not know how serious VA took this offense. I au...tomatically started researching lawyers and when I came across Doug and read all the wonderful reviews he has, I instantly new he was the right one to hire. Prior to hiring him I spoke with several different lawyers just to make sure I had options and went with the best one. Not one other lawyer made me feel as calm and hopeful as Doug did. He works great with communicating at a timely manner, whether that be text, e-mail, or calls. He answered all my questions and assured me he would put full effort on dropping the reckless driving ticket to a normal speeding ticket, and that was all done with little effort on my part. I unfortunately had certain life situations happen, where I could not complete all the tasks Doug recommended prior to my court date. Yet, he still managed to get the best peal he could for me. I am so happy I hired him and would do so again. If you need a lawyer in VA do not hesitate to call Doug, he will not disappoint.

99/70 reduced to a regular traffic ticket in Mecklenburg County

I was on my way from NC to MD when I got pulled over was cited for reckless driving at 99mph in a 70mph zone in Mecklenburg county. I was really bothered about this as I had an idea of the implication of this offense in Virginia. I immediately started contacting attorneys to prepare for the case. I ...spoke to a number of attorneys who didn't sound as convincing but as soon I was reached out to Mr McGee's office, I was told he will call me in person in a few days and he did, we spoke for about 45 minutes the first day and he ran me through the entire process and laid out the best case scenario and what I needed to do to get that. I went to work on all that he said right away and over the next few months before the court appearance. Throughout the process, Mr McGee was helpful in reassuring me when I needed any form of reassuring and clarification about anything. Apart from texting him country less times, I kept reading various reviews about him on this website to reassure and encourage myself with the success stories of so many others. (and now I hop my story encourages others also). On the court day, he got to the court before me, which really meant a lot to me and as soon as we met, he again reassured me about the probable outcome and once we were called, he handled the session so professionally that in less than 7minutes, the entire case was done and the Judge commended the actions I took in response to Mr McGee's suggestion and reduced the reckless driving charge to a mere speeding ticket without ANY implications on my driving record. I was only asked to do one more thing and pay a really low fine and court costs to get the case closed. If you have any traffic court case in the state of Virginia, look no further than to Mr McGee and you will be glad you did. He will definitely be worth your while.

Spectacular Lawyer- Mr. Doug McGee

I live in Maryland and just returned from my court day in Sussex Virginia. I am very glad Mr. Doug McGee was by my side. I was charged with reckless driving on my way to Outer Banks with my family a few weeks ago. I simply did not see the sudden change in the speed limit and got caught in a speed t...rap (nice start to vacation). The officer cited me as reckless and stated I would have to come to court. I had absolutely no idea what any of this meant. I had never even had a speeding ticket. After researching it (yes, while on vacation), I realized I was being criminally charged, which was unbelievable to me. Furthermore, I am a professional who cannot have any such record on my background, as it is checked regularly. I also knew none in Virginia. I reached out to several lawyers (for the first time ever to represent me). Mr. McGee was the only one that returned my call promptly and spent nearly 40 minutes educating me and explaining that I had to take it serious but that we would be okay, all without charging me. He was polite, professional and very patient with my ignorance on this whole matter. He advised me meticulously on court preparation and what I needed before we appeared in from of the judge. After I spoke to him I felt much better and hired him. He was available to me at all times as needed. I completed all his instructions. Today, in court, he was phenomenal. He pleaded our case and my background to the judge and was able to persuade him to drop the reckless without need for additional community service. Let me add, this judge was very good and experienced, but not easily persuaded as I saw with other defendants. I also got to observe other lawyers representing other defendants and I must say, I knew I had selected the right lawyer. Mr. McGee is an experienced go to lawyer who happens to also be a good man, as I got to know him today. Do yourself a favor and take the charges serious and hire this serious lawyer. I hope I never go through this again, but he is my lawyer in the future, should the need arise. Overall, his fee was very reasonable for the spectacular representation. Thank you Mr. McGee.

Look no Further!

When I got my speeding ticket in Bland, VA (83 in a 70) on a Saturday afternoon (my first day of vacation) I was freaking out, to say the least. I learned this charge was considered a misdemeanor and started frantically calling attorneys. Of course with it being over the weekend I was unsuccessful ...with talking to someone directly at that time. I had spoken to someone at the Price Benowitz office and was told someone would return my call. Then, Doug’s call came through Saturday evening. He left me a detailed message that calmed my nerves. I was shocked that he took the time to return my call on a weekend evening. We spoke a couple days later for more than 30 minutes. I never felt like he was rushing to get off the phone or had ulterior motives. He was compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though I got a great feeling from him, I looked around a bit more to see what my other options were (which was a waste of time). I never got the same kind of feeling and communication as I did from Doug. He was persistent in getting me the best possible outcome and kept me up to date on my case. My charge was reduced to a non-moving violation and I am thrilled! I cannot thank Doug enough for his expertise and guidance throughout the process! If you are looking for a great, reasonably priced attorney, look no further!

He is a blessing!!

It is so hard to find a good lawyer who cares. He helped me with a very complicated situation in a very difficult time for me. He is so professional, he is so compassionate, nice, and funny. He takes the time to explain everything, you can contact him over the weekends, I have not enough words to ex...plain how thankful I am for all his help and his kind words.
