Out of state Reckless driving ticket

Traveling from New Jersey to Tennessee during early hours of the morning I got pulled over doing 92mph in a 70mph zone. Later that week I reached out to Douglas McGee and his firm. Although not certain of the outcome he made my options very clear. They laid out a game plan of items I should get done ...before the court date (driving records, driver Saftey tests, calibration tests etc). As someone who needs his license for work I made sure to get anything done that he asked for. Douglas was able to reduce my speeding ticket by a significant amount and I am very grateful. He was a huge help for me and kept me calm during the whole process. He truly is a great guy. I will always recommend him and his firm.

Out of State Speeding Ticket

I was traveling from Maryland to Georgia in a family vacation and received a speeding ticket in Virginia for 20 over the limit, 80 in a 60 MPH zone. I looked around and read reviews for attorneys and found Douglass McGee to be highly rated. The ratings were correct. Mr. McGee did an excellent job h...andling my case. After following his very easy instructions and completing the steps he advised me to take, my case was dismissed and I didn't even have to pay court costs. Mr. McGee did an outstanding job and his communication was on point. I would highly recommend his services if you ever have the displeasure of getting a speeding ticket in Virginia.

Reckless Driving in Shenandoah VA

I hired Mr. McGee for a 100+MPH Reckless Driving charge from Shenandoah VA. From our first discussion, Mr. McGee was helpful and thorough for explaining the possible outcomes of the charge. Once I hired Mr. McGee, he sent me a list of recommendations to complete which helped me reach a more favorable... result. On my courtdate, Mr. McGee called me and kept me posted on the agreement he was able to work out with the prosecutor. As an attorney, he is respected by the judge, prosecutor and officers. Doug was able to take my recommendations into account when obtaining a plea agreement that was favorable for all involved. He also gave me alternative options to consider in the event I did not like the agreement that was reached at the time. While charges like these are very stressful for both yourself and your family, Mr. McGee is the right guy to have on your side while going through it.

NJ license Reckless 80/55 in Virginia to Infraction 64/55

When I received the ticket I was baffled since it being my first every ticket. It was reckless by speed ticket and I wasn't aware of it being a Misdemeanor in Virginia. I tried contacting many law firms and Douglas was the only one who was confident and prompt with his replies. He initially gave alot... of information for free and made me confident about my case. Once I officially signed an agreement with him. He gave a proper list of things to prepare and was on point with communication. He represented me for the case and I did not have to travel all the way from NJ. This reduction in charge saved me from accumulating large number of points and a criminal history.

This is the Man. The one who knows...

I was driving too fast, went through an active radar State Police speed monitoring post. Was pulled over, State Trooper was very courteous and sympathetic to my dog's urgent request to use the facilities at the next exit. Not really a valid excuse for traveling 92 mph in a posted 70 mph zone. Was exp...lained that I have committed a felony speeding violation. Summons issued and was told to hire an attorney. Had no clue that I had violated a very serious offense of Virginia's driving laws. Went on line and called several law firms. I left message for Douglas McGee. Long story short, Doug called back that same day, explained that I would have to do some things to show the court that I was sorry and a good person as I claimed. I listened and felt very comfortable that I could perform the strongly suggested pre-court items he suggested. I felt he knew the court people, and even knew the particular state trooper that pulled me over. I did what he recommended, took safe driver on line course, provided certain documents. I had a very good experience and am very grateful as I am a professional licensed contractor. My case was reduced and I am satisfied with the over all end result. This is the man! No one could have done a better job. He was always communicating back and forth. Thank you Doug!! 5 - STARS
