Wreckless driving due to speed

Better result than even Doug thought could even be possible, but regardless, he never stopped trying to get the best possible outcome. Doug was very upfront and explained to me that it was very unlikely that the end result would not include jail time. He laid it all out that it was really up to me t...o make the most effort to help my case. At no point in time was he able to work something out with the cycling prosecutors to offer anything that did not include jail time. In the end, when the case was presented to the court, the prosecutor allowed Doug to plead my case, and refrained from making any sentencing recommendations. This was all due to Doug's persistance and tireless work to highlight my life as a whole, not just the infraction, and the ruling was not something, either of us thought possible, but I received a suspended sentence of up to 12mos in jail and up to 6mos loss of license, as long as there are no new citations for the next 12mos. It was made very clear to me, how fortunate I was, the opportunity I have been afforded, all due to Doug and his efforts. I cannot thank him enough, nor the gratitude I have for the prosecutor and the court for even considering the ruling that allows me to stay out of jail, which if I went to jail, would have resulted in the loss of my employment. Reckless op ticket

Doug was amazing and resolving my case from a reckless op in bland county . I am from Ohio and I called several lawyers. He was the third one I called and I hired him very knowledgeable. Very nice guy to talk to. He gave me everything I needed to do and got it down to where it would be a tail lens o...ut charge very reasonably priced everywhere else I called was the price to obtain a lawyer very professional very awesome guy for out of state need to hire a lawyer. Please hire him. He is the AWESOME. Can't thank him enough. No points on my license, small fine, no jail time. You really did have my back on this case. Thank you

Don't go it alone! Call Doug McGee.

If you have been charged with a traffic offense while traveling through the State of Virginia, I implore you not to go it alone. While driving from Tennessee to New Jersey, I lost track of my speed on Rt 81 in Virginia. I was pulled over by a police officer who gave me a speeding ticket, I thought. W...hen I got home and looked up the details, it was a shock to realize I did not get a ticket – I had been issued a criminal summons. I was in a panic. To my great fortune, I was introduced to Douglas McGee, Attorney at Law, who agreed to take on my case and help me formulate a response to the Municipal Court. Doug quickly had the court date rescheduled so I could gather information and take certain steps to prepare for my case that would go before a Judge. Doug provided detailed instructions about how to prepare and I followed them. I sent all the information to Doug who represented me on the day my case was scheduled. He went to Court, spoke with the officer who issued my summons, and presented my case to the Judge. The result was better than I could have hoped for. Truly an amazing lawyer

Doug is an amazing lawyer. I got a fail to yield-emerg mv-red dr in smyth county, which is a failure to yield reckless driving charge that carries a class 1 misdemeanor. He was the only lawyer that actually told me how he was going to help me and fight for me out of all the lawyers that I called. I w...as someone with a clean driving record and had a security clearance, so it would have been very detrimental to me. The steps that Doug gave me were a lot, but all of it was necessary to help me and he helped to lower the charges to an improper driving infraction with no demerit points. I would whole heartly recommend anyone with a similar case to mine to reach out to Doug for help, he is someone who I believe will fight for every person that he represents with the best of his abilities (and his abilities are very good)

Case dismissed

I was pulled over for a number of traffic violations in Virginia and called Attorney Doug McGee. The charges could have caused me to lose my driver's license for a period of time. Doug expained the process to me, advised me on steps I could take to potentially obtain a more favorable result, and ulti...mately he was able to get the violations entirely dismissed. Doug is personable, professional, and (most importantly) gets results. I could not possibly recommend him more highly.
