Awesome!

Doug was awesome and easy to work with. We had a short phone call to run through the details, he gave a realistic outcome, and sent me a list of things to do to help the case. He got a 90 in a 70 with a misdemeanor and six points down to a defective equipment ticket. If you’re thinking the speed cali...bration check he advises is going to be a waste of time like I did…it is not, and was a game changer in the case.

Reckless Driving dismissed

Class 1 Misdemeanor Charge of Reckless Driving in Northampton County was dismissed thereby avoiding a misdemeanor conviction, potential jail, license suspension by the court, all of the six Virginia points, a moving violation of any kind and significant fines. All done in my absence. Doug's pre-trial... recommendations were the key to having the case dismissed. Not only effective in court, but also a friendly person who helps put a stressful situation at ease. I am very thankful I hired Doug.

Reckless Driving dropped

Doug got my reckless driving changed to defective equipment, a no moving violation. I didn’t even have to stand at court in front of the judge. It was all settled before I even arrived at the courthouse. Do what Doug says = win in court!

Great experience from start to finish and got great results of of my case!

I had my brakes go out on the interstate back in November and luckily no injuries or serious damages came of it but I was still charged with reckless driving. I started looking for lawyers local to the area and I honestly don't think I could've found a better choice. As soon as I got in contact he ex...plained what to do in the situation for the best results and gave some great advice on things to do leading up to the court date. Throughout the whole process he was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and when the court date finally came he even saved me the long trip back to Virginia and got my misdemeanor charge reduced to faulty equipment without me even having to be there in person. I highly recommend Douglas McGee to anyone in a situation like mine because thanks to him it went smoothly from start to finish and a charge that could've resulted in big fines and even jail time got reduced to a small fine plus fees and nothing more, I couldn't have asked for better results!
