Successfully reduced speeding charge

Driving through VA on the way to Florida, I was pulled over and given a speeding ticket. Upon researching, I found that it was actually a charge for Reckless Driving, which is a misdemeanor. I immediately called a few lawyers that looked reputable. Doug called me back that same day and walked me thro...ugh the process. If you ever get a ticket in the area, you will receive TONS of solicitations from lawyers in the area. Doug never gave off that "salesy" vibe which was much appreciated. He seemed knowledgable and experienced - and I did everything he suggested. On the date of my hearing, Doug called with good news - the charge was reduced to a non-moving violation. I would recommend Doug McGee to anyone in need of an attorney in the area.

speeding ticket

Doug was great. I had a speeding ticket in VA and was facing potentially 6 points on my license. Doug told me exactly what to do to help mitigate it. I did those things and he went to court for me and got it knocked down to defective equipment with zero points. :) Highly recommend him, he was... a pleasure to work with too!

10MPH over reduced to Non Moving Violation

Doug was great. Told me exactly what to expect and what was needed of me to help them reduce my ticket and how to get it. Ended up getting my 10MPH over speeding ticket in Emporia reduced to a Non Moving Violation for Defective Parts with no Insurance Points which was exactly what I wanted.

Reckless driving ticket

I just recently was traveling to virgina for a vacation and got a speeding ticket doing 88mph in a 70mph. When I got home and called the police department in virgina to see how I could pay my ticket the officer told me I couldn't pay the ticket I had to show up in court and I said ok. The officer adv...ised me to get a lawyer because I was getting charged for reckless driving which was a class 1 misdemeanor in virgina and i was possiblygoing to do jail time. I was nervous when he told me that so I got online and typed in good lawyers for reckless driving. Doug was the first contact that pulled up and i contacted him immediately. When we talked Doug explained to me everything and the rules in virgina and told me what I needed to have ( go to driving school, dmv record, accident report and dynometer testing) for my court date if I decide to hire him.. i was so please by just talking to him I went ahead and hired him, I got everything he asked for except for the dynometer testing. He assured me that everything was ok and he should be able to take care of it with what I gave him. I ended up with a non moving violation/ defective equipment and only had to pay a fine and court cost he did a awesome job and he is a great attorney. Thank you doug and I recommend him 100%

Out of State Reckless Driving Ticket (CDL)

I am from New York and being a new CDL driver I was hit with a radar @ 86MPH in a 70MPH speed zone on the interstate . Very concerned as how it would affect my future and career. I contacted Doug and he responded almost instantly with all of the correct answers to all my questions and concerns. Bein...g around the holidays and what not he was very responsible with his retainer fees . He works most days like the rest of us ! So if you have any problems or questions just shoot him a text he will reply promptly. He managed to save my career and CDL I can not thank him enough my ticket was reduced and now I have zero points with a fine ! Just remarkable , the outcome was more than adequate ! I give him five stars any day of the week !!!!! (Out of staters he is your guy ! ) you will not be disappointed. God Bless
