RD(89/70) ticket, got reduced successfully!

At the beginning of this year I was pulled over for RD(89/70) in Lexington. It was my very first ticket. I was scared when I searched online. I called a few attorneys, only Mr. Mcgee explained to my everything patiently and clearly. He was honest and helpful so I decided to choose him, and that was a... correct decision indeed! I prepared all documents under his guide and met him in the court. He got my ticket reduced to regular speeding ticket in 24 SECONDS! Unbelievable record. Should be the shortest one in Lexington County general court. This victory can only be accomplished by well experienced and highly professional attorney, like him. BTW other attorneys told me my case was almost impossible to be reduced when I called them. He even helped me jump start my car after we won the case. Reckless riding and riding uninsured

I had a low speed accident on my bike with no injuries and no one else involved and was cited with Reckless riding and riding uninsured (in Florida, no insurance is required which I didn't know wasn't the case in VA). Doug extended my hearing out 6 months, had me complete a course, get insurance, an...d pull my driving record, and then took those things to court and had my case dismissed by the prosecutor before even going in front of the Judge. What more could you ask for - nothing on my record, no points. Fantastic.

Reckless Driving 89 in 65

I am pleased that my charge of reckless driving (89/65mph) was reduced to a traffic infraction of improper driving, thereby avoiding a misdemeanor conviction, the higher points generally associated with this charge in Virginia, and many of the other potential consequences such as jail, license suspen...sion and higher fines. I am further pleased that we were able to achieve this result without additional requirements or probation periods. The reduced ticket is the lowest level point violation possible in Virginia, which is three points, compared to the misdemeanor six point assessment. With Douge I'm sure you will be pleased with your results as well. I highly recommend Douglas McGee. He Is always very helpful and made time to talk with me even though he has a busy schedule. He is very pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable. He went all the way to Henry county for my case and he is located in Richmond. Highly recommend Douglas McGee!

Passing Stopped School Bus Ticket

Doug is a great lawyer! I was pulled over for passing a stopped school bus 6PM at night on Kempsville road. I never saw a school bus and was frazzled. I immediately looked into the ticket and found that it was one of the most serious traffic offenses in Virginia. I was stressing out and had great anx...iety over the situation. Doug was able to cooberate with the police officer and help reduce my ticket to a non serious offense, to where I was given a $50 fee as opposed to a $2500 fee. I would recommend Doug to any person in need of a lawyer.
