Susan L. Brock

Susie has spent more than a decade in Virginia courtrooms, trying over a thousand cases ranging from minor traffic infractions to complex felonies to high-stakes jury trials. Known for her command of the courtroom and meticulous preparation, she has built a reputation for handling demanding cases with skill and precision.

Before moving into defense and workers’ compensation practice, she served as a prosecutor in multiple jurisdictions across Virginia, experience that gives her uncommon insight into the strategies and decision-making that drive cases from investigation through trial.

In addition to her criminal defense work, Susie represents clients in workers’ compensation matters, where she draws on her litigation background to navigate contested hearings and protect the rights of injured workers.

A graduate of Maggie Walker Governor’s School, The College of William & Mary, and The George Washington University Law School, Susie is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the Eastern District of Virginia. She now brings the full weight of her trial experience to defending clients in both criminal and workers’ compensation cases.
