I hired him to assist in notifying me of a bankrupcy auction and he neglected to do the simple task of listing his client as a creditor. Mr Knapp charged me for every email and phone call of inquiring when the auction would take place. In the end after thousands of dollars spent I found out the a...uction already took place. I confronted Mr. Knapp and all he did was make excuses. This cost me thousands on top of the thousands i spent for him to be my eyes and ears. I would never hire this attorney. He truely did not do his job in this aspect. He has no problem billing his clients. Nice guy just seriously let me down and it cost me a lot of money....
