Kimberly Miske Lacy

Kim Lacy is of counsel at Roth Jackson focusing in commercial real estate, corporate, and banking and finance law. She represents borrowers and lenders on various types of commercial loans including construction loans and historic tax credit financings. She regularly drafts and negotiates contracts for both corporate and real estate matters including commercial leases. Kim has experience with transactions involving stock and asset sales, membership interest transfers, corporate and limited liability company formation and private placements, and 1031 exchanges. She also has extensive experience representing a publicly traded water and wastewater utility company in the acquisition of new facilities.
