Victor Anthony Shaheen

Victor was born and raised in Richmond and grew up working and learning business and service in his father’s restaurant, starting when he was 10 years old.  He earned his B.A. from the University of Richmond and Juris Doctorate from the T.C. Williams School of Law in 1980.  For his first 10 years of practice, Victor was a litigation attorney and a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers association, concentrating his practice in civil and criminal defense litigation and residential real estate transactions at the firm of White, Blackburn, and Conte.

In 1995, Victor founded Shaheen Law Firm and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Director of its real estate transaction operations.  Victor is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Henrico County Bar Association, is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, is a member of the Employee Relocation Council, the Greater Richmond Relocation Council, is a certified Relocation Professional and serves as Vice President and Director on the Board of Bon Air Title.
