I was actually referred to Chandler law firm by a very close friend and regret this choice. I will never use this lawyer, nor will I refer her to anyone. Ms. Chandler and her assistant Ms. Murray both lack accountability and unprofessionalism that caused me great concern when it came to prep...aration, communication, reviewing my chapter 13 documents for accuracy and completion as well as receiving a response or call returned prior to the first meeting with the bankruptcy trustee. The attention to details was absent. I was attacked via email with subliminal threats of having my vehicle reposed if I hadn't made my trustee payments through TFS which I provided copies of the payments to attorney Chandler after my case was confirmed by the trustee. The tone of the email communication was very condescending; 11/6/2025 Attorney Chandler and I agreed to meet at her office on 11/12/2025 at 2:00 to sign a new plan for my chapter 13. I arrive; the doors were locked. I send an email saying I was there for my 2pm. Ms. Murray, her assistant was there. I waited 15 minutes. The assistant never opened the door. I wasted time, gas to drive across town so I left and went home. An hour later, Ms. Chandler sends an email blaming me for the meeting not happening. Long story short, once again, lack of attention to detail and accountability, I found my email response to her agreeing to meet on Wednesday November 12, 2025, 2pm dated November 6, 2025 @5:36 pm. I forwarded said email to her. No apology, no accountability, just rudeness and disrespect to a paying customer.
