In1993 I got rape charge from my wife. It sounds bad BUT we divorced in 2017. Well here it goes But I went straight back to her!!! So I had no bond because he didn’t make bond hearing for me. He said just stay down there and I’ll try to get you time served. I was down the jail about 85 or so... days. He never came to see down the jail!? When I went to court he said I got a plea for you 10yrs with 9yrs suspended. You can go home you got a few days left.(JUDGE WILKERSON) He never tell anything what this can do to you!! By the way appointed lawyer at the time I was young & dump!! After 31yrs still fighting to free my self!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM BBBBBAAAAAADDDDD NEWS!!!!

The first day I met with him he didn’t even greet me. And I said hello TWICE ! I met with him again and he made suggestions to my case , when I went to custody court he denied it ! Made me look like a liar ! He was a POA on our case but when I spoke he kept making objections to my statements. Like he... was representing the other party instead of the child. This man said to the courts he thought it was interesting that I accused the other party of abuse but no arrest was ever made a total jerk ! Do not allow him into the court room with you for any reason . He is a horrible person.

I did a petition for my daughter for full custody and they appointed gal Mr. Clark was the worst. No one cares of the situation that I'm in with my daughter and he didnt care. All he wants is to get paid that's what only matters. I'm very disappointed in Henrico court and the attorney. He only did on...e visit to our house and one visit to her father house 24 hours before the court, that really shows that he cares. I advised you if you get him appointed by the worst court get your private attorney that will actually fight and be fair about it.

Alex was my childrens guardian during my custody case. He told the courts that I should not be able to see my kids from the very first day I talked to him. He never met with the children and I together, so its hard to know his reasoning. i would venture to guess it has to do with money. He has no... interest in the well being of my kids or my relationship with my kids. I am embarrassed the the great state of Virginia allows this man to be a guardian in Henrico county. if you get him as your childrens guardian fire him immediately.

He handled my divorce case and he was the worst attorney that I ever know. He just want to make the process quick and will not work or defend you other than just negotiate with the counterpart and make a quick deal and get paid. During the court hearing he was not representing me but more like "repr...esenting" and leaning toward the other party. During the consultancy session he was always rude and intimidating. He try to put his vision and idea rather than my situation.
