Brian Kraig Telfair

I retained Mr Telfair to represent me in a theft by trickery case. He had all the information that he needed to litigate the case. He gave me legal advice and I followed what he said to do. My trial came in September he told me that was going to have the case continued because he had to go out of tow...n but in reality he wrote a letter to have it dismissed with prejudice and now I have lost any chance in winning because he had everything dismissed and now I have nothing and the crook has gotten away with swindling me out of two properties. Mr Telfair talks a good game very can’t back it up. He also presented himself as being a good litigator who has been in the game since the 80’s and he knows the law. However, he backs down whenever it’s time for him to appear. He even left me hanging two days before court on a custody hearing case last summer.
