Prior to starting Bucci & Dix and representing plaintiffs in slip and fall and premises liability accidents, I defended Wal-Mart in such cases for 9 years. In Eggleston v. Wal-Mart, the plaintiff was ... injured when a fellow customer struck her with a motorized cart, causing her to fall. She sustained significant injuries, and claimed over $1 million in past and future medical bills. I successfully contended that that the plaintiff could not succeed as a matter of law. Now that I represent plaintiffs in premises liability cases, I use the experience gained as a defense lawyer to better prepare and prosecute my client's cases.

I now represent plaintiffs in premises liability accidents, and use the knowledge gained in defending large corporations to better prosecute my client's cases.
