We were dragging our feet on doing our estate planning. We finally pulled the trigger and it was much easier and less stressful than we expected. Matt was super easy to work with! In fact, we did everything by phone which was great because we are an hour away from his office and we didn't have to wor...ry about any of the COVID-19 that is going on right now. He gave us information about a Transfer on Death Deed which we had never heard of. We decided to do the Deed to make things a little easier for our children. He answered all of our questions and even removed some standard wording we were uncomfortable with in one of our documents. We were also pleasantly surprised the cost was VERY reasonable! He did a great job and we would highly recommend him!!
