We had a tremendous experience throughout the estate planning process with Matt and Asurest. Matt's knowledgeable and experience was extremely valuable in getting our estate plan and trust established properly and without any concerns or issues. After looking for an estate and Will attorney for several months and have some flaky ones bailed out on us with no explanations or phone calls, we were glad that none of these individuals worked out to give us an opportunity working with Matt. The experience was exceptional and Matt's professionalis...m and expertise were awesome. Although it was a pain in the a$$ and at times emotional to set up Will, trust, and medical directives, Mat made it easy and bearable. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is reading this review and if I had to do it again, that means through a divorce or a new relationship with another partner, I would reach out to Matt again. (Although my fiancée probably would not appreciate this thought.)

In addition to his winning personality, he possesses an uncanny ability to explain legal concepts succinctly and clearly. He made the entire experience rewarding and more pleasant. Having spent most of my life in Maryland, I recently relocated to the Richmond area, and needed to update my trust and health care directives to reflect the laws and legal procedures for Virginia. I also wanted to make a few changes to my will. While meeting with a bank representative, I ask if sh...e could recommend an attorney. She provided a list of about 6 or 7 lawyers. I chose Matt Reinaker from this list. While all appeared well-qualified, each having at least one particular specialty or notable skill, Matt’s background and experience encompassed what I seemed to “SEEK”. Service-oriented, Experienced, Efficient, and Knowledgeable. I was also taken by the fact that he had a mobile office. To me, this reflected adaptability as well as flexibility. Being an Elder, and not yet familiar with the roadways, I appreciated the fact that I did not have to travel to Matt’s office; his office came to me. From our first meeting to final setting of signatures, Matt was a pleasure to work with, and the entire experience reinforced all of my expectations. I can see why Matt is so well liked, and his skill-set in demand. Carole
