My husband and I went to Sumner Immigration for help with his green card process. Emily was great. She walked us through the entire process and filed all of the forms for us. She made sure the initial filing was exactly what USCIS wanted us to submit. This was great because I wasn't made aware of eve...ry form necessary to file when I researched the process beforehand. She met with us a few different times and was available to answer questions and concerns in a timely manner. On our last meeting she prepared us for the green card interview and gave us some insight into how long it may take and any concerns she had have with our case specifically. I would highly recommend Emily Sumner for Green Card processing. Since I first met her to discuss my case until the final EB1-B approval, Emily has always been on top of things. She was always quick to response to my several questions, and also helped deal tactfully with rfe's for my case. I had cons...ulted another immigration attorney prior to meeting Emily, but never got the confidence that the previous attorney would be able to present my case as strongly as Emily did. We had filed for the EB1-B GC based on my research accomplishments, and I am glad I chose Emily to represent my case. She not only has a command over immigration related issues, but also has an excellent knack of understanding scientific research which in my opinion is a key in strongly presenting a case such as mine.
