This company is dishonest and very immature. They are liars and are very deceitful with their practices. They do not know how to have compassion or treat people kindly. Nasty company and nasty people who work there

Proceed with Caution-Poor Client Treatment, Unprofessional

I retained Trustice Law Firm for a high-conflict divorce matter and paid substantial fees over a two-month period and was deeply disappointed in my experience. I had significant concerns regarding communication, preparedness, transparency, and billing during representation along with an abrupt withd...rawal shortly before my final hearing. I truly was let down by this attorney and feel that I was taken advantage of in a very vulnerable state. In my opinion Ms. Shameka La-Sharon Harris Rhodes lacked professionalism was dismissive, needlessly adversarial, confrontational, abrasive and condescending. I would urge prospective clients to exercise caution before retaining Ms. Harris Rhodes and Trustice Law Firm.

We take this seriously, and we want to respond directly rather than with a generic statement. We disagree with the characterization of Ms. Rhoades and our team in this review. Every matter we handle — is staffed by attorneys who prepare thoroughly and communicate honestly, even when what we have to say isn't what a client hopes to hear. That kind of candor can be mistaken for being confrontational, particularly in high-conflict litigation where outcomes are often outside anyone's control. As for withdrawal: we don't withdraw from a case lightly, and doing so is governed by rules of professional conduct and requires court approval. If you're looking for a firm that takes care of you and prepares for court knowing the stakes are high, that's who we are. We don't sugarcoat, and we don't promise outcomes we can't control. What we do guarantee is that we will fully and diligently represent you, every step of the way.
