I cannot say enough good things about Jason Joyner! My daughter got a speeding ticket in VA going 81 in a 70. She didn't even know that it was technical reckless so she paid the ticket which admits guilt not even knowing that she had a reckless driving misdemeanor. I received a Reckless Driving summons in Emporia, VA for allegedly traveling at a speed of 84MPH in a 70MPH zone along Interstate 95. As an out of state driver, I was a unfamiliar with Virginia's Reckless Driving Law and the fact that I was being charged with a misdemeanor crime upon receiving t...he traffic summons.
