Biography
Richard Bozard earned his Law Degree from the University of Virginia after completing his undergraduate degree at Columbia University. Mr. Bozard has a wide variety of experience including work on the Innocence Project, participation in significant tort litigation, lobbying, mediation, copyright protection and all aspects of family law. Trusts and Estates, Contracts, and Business Law.
Mr. Bozard believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2011, Mr. Bozard founded Bozard Law PLLC. Since then, Mr. Bozard has represented numerous high-profile clients. Bozard Law has allowed Mr. Bozard to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.
Mr. Bozard is active in a number of professional organizations including the Virginia Bar Association as well as its Trusts and Estates Section.
