Biography
Richard Bozard earned his Law Degree from the University of Virginia after completing his undergraduate degree at Columbia University. Mr. Bozard has a wide variety of experience including work on the Innocence Project, participation in significant tort litigation, lobbying, mediation, copyright protection and all aspects of family law. Trusts and Estates, Contracts, and Business Law.
Mr. Bozard believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2011, Mr. Bozard founded Bozard Law PLLC. Since then, Mr. Bozard has represented numerous high-profile clients. Bozard Law has allowed Mr. Bozard to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.

Be cautious of Lawyers who claim to be experts in everything
I consulted with Bozard, paid 1,500 for two letters because he insisted he,"gets the job done without going to court," he gained my trust that my case was strong, I asked about timelines, Fed and State deadlines and felt he had a duty to at least make sure I would be aware of deadlines.
