When representing business clients and entrepreneurs at all stages of their business development, Jeremiah regularly negotiates and drafts complex organizational documents (e.g., sophisticated shareholder, operating, asset-purchase, and joint venture agreements) pertaining to business purchases, startups, and on‑going business matters. His experience includes general corporate matters as well as counsel regarding contracts, corporate transactions, and sales of businesses. Jeremiah also has extensive prior experience in litigating a variety of matters in both state and federal courts.
